Awful customer service. They dont seem to be too worried about actually helping you look for furniture and not really motivated to sell it, most of the questions we asked they struggled to answer or had to check on it, but didn'tcheck on it.

You get told one thing, then they do something totally opposite. They will tell you your order is set to be delivered and then they don't actually schedule your delivery. My husband spent over 3,000$ and I bought a brand new bed for our son for just over 1,100$. Paid in full for our items and still waiting for delivery. Called this morning to inquire on when the bed i ordered over a week ago was going to be brought over today to be told it was never scheduled!!! Then they want to act like its just no big deal "human error"! If it was the guys first day or even first week on the job sure, I'd chalk it up to a simple mistake but the man who ran my debit card and swore it would only take a week to receive in and deliver was not a new employee.

Definitely will not return here for any other furniture purchases we need to make and would not recommend them to anyone hoping to get their furniture quickly. You're better off going to Ashley or...

My mom went into the store and ordered a headboard to be delivered.. after not hearing anything and no delivery by the expected delivery date, she called to find out what was happening and only then was she told that the model was discontinued and she’s have to pick another model. No one called to inform her otherwise. So she went in and picked another one- also to be delivered. They showed up to deliver after the expected date- with a Queen instead of a king. She was then told it would take time because they had to order a king now. She has waited weeks and heard nothing and never got a delivery. She called and said she wanted a refund, which they agreed to. This is by far the most ridiculous customer service I’ve heard of- if you can even call it customer service. Not one time did the apologize For the delay or inconvenience or call to let her know that the one she originally ordered was unavailable. This was a giant waste of time and inconvenience. She tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after each issue and they just don’t care and seems customer service is nonexistent. Very...

My step dad recently passed away , and they hadn’t bought new furniture in 35 yrs , so I talked my mom into updating her furniture and I went online to find out what was available in our little town. I went to the mattress land website and found something she liked and went in to see if they had in stock the one we wanted , we were met at the door by a very nice gentlemen name Phil and I told him what we were looking for and showed what he had in stock , we found one that we loved and it was on clearance which was fabulous therefore allowing us to purchase a chair and ottoman to match. I really enjoyed this store as they have a great selection, Phil and his staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful and answered all the questions we had. If your looking for furniture go to mattress land they are great and the prices are great too. I will be going back as we continue the remodel on my moms house next is a new bedroom set . Thank you Phil for being so good to my mom and making her so happy.
