First off before you tell me I should have mentioned anything to staff I did and I was insulted by not by your bartender tonight but by a young lady sitting at the bar who claimed to be tonight’s trainer who was not working but intoxicated on the floor playing pool. All I did was ask the bartender how can I play pool? I waited over an hour to play a game of pool so I asked the bartender how do I get in a game because the same people have played game after game for over an hour. Your bartender told me I have no clue it’s my first night ask someone playing. Before I could even respond your off duty intoxicated trainer of tonight’s bartender told me I should show up early and rent a table I couldn’t play if I wanted to that I could go to another bar. Wow first off I was rude to her after she was to me, I told her excuse me I didn’t ask you and mind your business your not even on the clock after the current bartender tonight explained she wasn’t and was his trainer, I asked the man behind the bar not her to be rude to me drunk and unprofessionally representing her company and second if she was an employee not the way to speak to a tipping customer who is spending money in your business. I was rudely told I could leave by this off duty young lady and her friends. Truthfully I’m a business man who only comes to kingman for business monthly. Not only will I not return I will express my treatment to the many I know in this community. All I wanted was to play a game of pool not to be told to beat feet to an open table at another bar or be treated rudely by an employee yet alone an off duty employee. Well after telling firefly the way I was treated they opened up a table for me for free first 3 games. Solid customer for life now! Will never be back regardless of your return comment, because it will not change the horrible interaction I had at your establishment. Your bartender tonight was apologetic to your off duty young ladies attitude and behavior, if not for him I would not give a single star to your establishment due to this young ladies behavior. I used to enjoy this place not sure what or why it changed the last...

The Sundowner. Popular place for youngsters at night. Also thieves. Friends and I were dancing and we put our purses in the jackets up on the shelf Which is right by the dance floor. Needless to say, and watched my stuff the whole time. Time goes by and I leave the floor that I come back. I set my stuff down again. I turned my head, I turned my head back and my stuff was gone.. I went to security. I made a big stink. I had, More cash on me than I should have.. I went to the bartender and just as I was going to the bar tender. Somebody was returning my purse. Guess what everything was in there probably cause I made a stink and went crazy really fast.. Now my friends said I think I know where you're sweater. Is that girl over there sitting on it? So I went over there my friend was. Are you crazy? Don't go over? There was a lot of women over there I didn't care my Sweater. I said is that my sweater you're sitting on. She Got up And yes that was my Sweater. I'd rather go there during the day. Great bar tender during the day, Food is good, service is better. You don't have to worry so much. Much older crowd during the day very young crowd Friday and Saturday nightso. I've been there several times and never had a problem since or even before that.. I'll have to say is don't set your Purse , jacket Etc ... Down for a second...

Bartender Toni, refusing to serve me because I called her out on a personal matter of a comment she made about me in a facebook post. I'm a long time customer for over the past 8 years and never caused problems. I've never had any issues with any other employees. This is a business establishment and would expect Toni to keep professional and not talk bad in a Facebook comment of a long time customer especially when it reguarded a night were police showed up to make sure I was safe because ive been dealing with suicidal thoughts. This bar is my safe place with Karaoke which helps my mental health. I have mad respect for the owner and all the staff that works in this establishment. So with all do respect, I've apologized to Toni the next day after confronting her without being told to and I get told right to refuse service. I dont cuss her out, I don't argue with her, yes I'm annoying, but I've always kept things appropriate and professional with Toni. I'm sorry for whatever I've done wrong to you and wanna make things right. I seen people disrespectful but in a joking way to Toni but they don't get refused service so someone that doesn't cause problem gets the boot. Hopefully we can get this issue...
