Total Wireless — Local services in Kings Mountain

I went to this location because, according to the website, this company was a Verizon retailer, and since I live in Kings Mountain, I figure I try them out. My son phone was broken and he wanted to purchase a new phone. The moment we walked in, the guy at the counter asked what we needed help with , I explained that we needed to purchase a new phone, and my son phone broke. The first thing he said was to go to Walmart and purchase a phone. That way, it would be cheaper. Is this the kind of service that Kings Mountain provides? If so, I will continue to go outside my town to get goods and services. I'm not going to pay and beg...
