Ok so let me say this Little Caesars pizza in Kings Mountain NC is the WORSE Little Caesars I have ever delt with. First off I thought their moto is HOT-AND-READY... Plus they have the most rude employee's I have ever seen. I have used this place 4 times and each time the experience was a nightmare. First off I always call in my order to make sure the pizza is available and that I don't have to wait. The first time when I arrived to get my order (and I was ON time NOT LATE) I was told my order was given to a person who walked in and that I would have to wait for them to cook it AGAIN. Needless to say I was not happy. So I tried it again and 2 more times my order was not ready but I was not given a reason. So this date 1/25/2022 was my last visit to this store. I called in my order which only consist of 2 pepperoni pizza and a order of bread sticks (nothing complicated) the lady repeated the order back to me and which it was correct. I was told 15-20 mins. When I arrived (and ON TIME) I was told my order wasn't put in right and that they would have to recook it. Now like I said what happened to HOT-AND-READY. And the boy working the register was very rude and much of a smart mouth. So the simple order Lacking the moto of HOT-AND-READY took me over an hour to get. I will not ever be back to this pizza store ever again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Even with the order not being ready …. well ok that's not the end of the world but when I am a paying customer given this company my hard earned money and I am talked to and treated so poorly by YOUR employees... no thank you I will take my money...
Read moreLittle Caesar's has always been my favorite "fast food pizza". They have good sauce, don't usually skimp on ingredients, and it just hits the spot for the least possible price. This location, however, has been really struggling for a long time. It was a 3 star location on average for me before COVID, but it has sunk even lower since then. They're horribly understaffed, half the staff that is there could not possibly care less, and the communication/organization is so poor among the team that I can't remember the last time I got my order fully correct and in under 40 mins. The only reason I'm giving it 2 rather than 1 star is because I work in food service myself and know how long and hard of a process it can be to reverse this kind of drop in morale and discipline. But strictly from a customer's perspective, if you have the option of a different location, it's probably worth the longer drive to have a more consistently positive experience until this one gets their...
Read moreI am absolutely furious not just for me as a customer but for all the Door dashers & other customers that ordered online that stated they were open only to show up at the store in crowds to find the entire store locked and NOT one person inside! Yet they even still had the open sign on the door, hours clearly posted that it wasn’t closing for another 4 hours, and the lights still on! Not even a note stating something was wrong on why the entire staff wasn’t even working. This is so unacceptable and so many will need refunded! Yet no one of course can answer the phones and customer service was closed before it could’ve been refunded. Now I have to wait for the refund department to review it and have to check in a week to see if they are going to refund it. The door dashers are out of pay as well for accepting the order only to lose it because of this nonsense. Do people truly not want to...
