7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Kingsport

Went here this morning to get my drink. I got on the outside lane because that’s how I need to turn to go to work. There was only one girl taking orders. She got a vehicle on the inside lane then got the car infront of me. Again I wa already sitting in line. Two other vehicles pulled into the inside lane and she got their orders first. By the time she got my order the car infront of me got his drink.Not to mention she was rude and short with me like I inconvenienced her. So sitting waiting for my drink the two cars she got their orders first got their drinks first and leaving as I’m still sitting for my drink. Then as I a sitting their a girl tells lane 2 yet the boy didn’t pay attention or hear her because three others girls proceeded to tell him they asked for a customers phone number. So they were all giggling and talking about the hot guy she got his phone number. I’m literally waiting for my coffee to go to my job! So very unprofessional. I’ll stick to going to the one in stone drive since they aren’t children employed...

Usually, I love going to seven brew, although I usually go to the one on Stone Drive. Today was my first time being At the Fort Henry seven brew. Absolutely ridiculous service. The girl who took my order was super rude and rolled her eyes as she was walking to my car. They were too busy, chatting it up with each other in a group circle around a car with employees I recognized from the stone drive seven brew. Kid you not, I sat in line for 16mins as the first car there. My drink did not get made until 10mins into sitting there, then they brought out their buddies drinks before mine WHO WERE TWO CARS BEHIND ME. When my drinks came out, one was wrong so they had to remake it due to not listening and more talking, therefore leading me to be there 16mins Absolutely horrible work ethic...

I went thru this morning and the young lady took my order came out to 15.55. I gave her a 20 dollar bill with 55 cents. After she opened the cash drawer she put the money in there and looked at me...said you only have me a 10 and change. I told her no I'm pretty sure I gave you 20.55 with a 20 bill. She said no so I gave her a 10. I wasn't going to argue with her, I don't like paying with a card because I feel bad not giving a tip when its on the machine. She needed to pay attention to what she took. If the drawer is 15 dollars more ...you know where it came from (unless she felt like she should have gotten tipped 🤷🏻‍♀️)
