Dollar General — Local services in Kingston Springs

Wish I could say that this location has gotten better but it absolutely has not. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you have a question don't get me wrong the people that work there seem great.. HOWEVER... They are always out of stock all over the store... And not because of supply chain issues either... Been like this since they opened... And when they do get a truck delivery stock sits in boxes in the isles for days... I guess mgt simply does not know how to inventory and get orders placed in a timely matter, or whatsoever! Love having the store herein Kingston Springs, just wish it would get it together! If I have the time I definitely Drive the few extra miles to the Pegram location, as it is usually neat, orderly, well stopped oh, and they even or a localized FedEx drop location. So if you don't want an expensive package or important documents laying on your front porch before you get home you can have it delivered to the store from FedEx and stop by and pick it up after work! Be quite honest I wouldn't trust the Kingston Springs location with anything I was having delivered. They would probably never find it when you came to get it.

They never have fully stocked shelves. Stock is just in boxes crowding the isles! Well here we go again! As usual they are out of dog food batteries you name it they don't have it! And don't dare ask an employee for any help because they had completely annoyed or rude if they don't address you at all. Not to mention there's a new crew in there every other week! If I was you I would go to the one in Pegram a few miles away it's a much better store they act like they actually want...

Best damn DG I been to in the country! I love the employees here, they were all very friendly and kind, and thank you a ton for the socks today. I really really appreciate you. I hope I wasn't rude or nothing but I wanted to let y'all know I'm grateful for this place and it's crew. Oh and btw... They must've been lucky socks bc I got a ride out like a half hour later. The dogs and I are in Dickson...
