This is the first time I have used this store. I had never heard of them before. I did a search for puzzles I was looking for that are getting hard to find, Ravensburger Disney Villainous Puzzles. Maziply Toys came up, so I hoped and hit the link. I was amazed at the fact they had 4 of the ones I wanted and weren't charging an arm and leg for them. So, I ordered them, when I found out they were kind of local, they are in Kingston, M.A. & I am in N.H. I was happier. Order went through and would have them within 2 days. YAY!! I was amazed at what happened next. I got an email from a Mr. Scott Maziply, head honcho of the company. Telling me thank you so much for my purchase. Now I never really took the time to see what type of company I was dealing with, but I figured at that point it had to be a small mom & pop type store. Um, no not at all. When I found out how big they were and sent me that email I was amazed. This gentleman took the time to personally send me an email thanking me for my purchase, that isn't heard of today, is it? Not for me, that has never happened. Not a personal email. This companies' c/s is amazing, and I will always go back to them first for my needs. Website offers free shipping when ordering over $70 and free 30 day hassle free returns. I make on order, it arrived and I was satisfied. I then place another order to get to the $70 free shipping and I get a email stating the following in order for shipment to be sent.

I have reviewed Maziply Toys' return policy and terms pages at Maziply.com and understand that any orders that I have placed, or will place in the future, do not qualify for returns and/or refunds. I also understand that this applies both individually and organizationally, regardless of how I pay.

Unacceptable terms to be aware of after ordering from this company.

Only thing of interest at time of purchase was 1 item from their site. In order to receive the free shipping I ordered 3 of same item to accommodate the free shipping. Their policy is flawed to discriminate against someone making this type of purchase and apparently flagging as they interpret it. I’ll go back to saving myself some money & buying from Amazon or Walmart as they offer free shipping with a cart totaling only $25 and $35 instead of Maziply’s steep $70 offer. Time to stop trying to give these smaller online stores a chance and avoid...

I was searching for weeks for a birthday party location for my 6 year old son. All the other venues were so expensive and limited the number of kids and I was growing really depressed at realizing I may not be able to find a place. I found that Maziply toys does birthday parties from their facebook page. I immediately called and spoke with the Owner, Scott. He was so friendly and so helpful and so accommodating. He heard in my voice how I much I needed this for my son and he jumped into action. On the day of the party he had everything set, he entertained the kids, had balloon animals, ordered the pizza and drinks, let the kids run around and have an amazing time. I can not express how much Scott and Maziply Toys made my sons birthday. It was the first birthday party that the kids in the class go to go in the whole school year and it was the best.
