This is a personal experience so hopefully the person is more professional in the future. I asked for 10 prints of something to be picked up on either a Friday or Saturday but the owner said she was extremely busy and could have them delivered to me on Monday. (She doesnât offer delivery, her husband works at the same school I used to work at). I accepted because I understood being busy and I also thought that was really kind to have him bring them to me as this business is quite a drive away from me. Roll to Monday, and she forgot to give them to him to deliver. I messaged her Tuesday because I was off work, and she forgot again. Repeat on Wednesday. On Wednesday I asked for one extra print. She said she could have all 10 to me on Thursday and the extra one to me on Friday. I said that was great and accepted it, despite already being frustrated I didnât have my original, already paid for, order of 10. Thursday I asked if he was delivering them, even found someone who had his number and asked him directly, they both messaged me that the prints were forgotten. She even went so far as to blame him for them being forgotten. Friday he finally delivered all 10+ the extra. I messaged her because she hadnât given me a total to send her for the extra. She charged me an extra dollar for a ârushâ print. I understand rush, but at this point I needed my prints a WEEK prior and am super inconvenienced because they were forgotten so many times, that the extra ârushâ charge felt insulting. She also messaged me that she âforgotâ to write the heating instructions on the bag. I finally get them pressed and the ârushed extraâ is a completely different shade than the rest of the prints. I message her to let her know and she openly admits she didnât check them because some other print people printed them for her. Once again blaming someone else instead of taking responsibility for her products. I paid for all 11 prints and didnât ask for a refund or demand any compensation, but everything I said in this review, I also messaged to her personally because I feel like she needs to know how unprofessional this entire situation felt. I told her Iâd pick them up, she offered delivery, and it went downhill from there.
