Subway — Restaurant in Kirbyville

Tried to call in an order while driving to the restaurant phone rang 47 times. When we pulled up to the window there were two customers inside and two employees working a blonde haired girl and a brunette. When the brunette came to the window I told her we've tried to call in our order but y'all never answered the phone.To which she responded," We don't answer the phone when we're busy and we can't take your order here," as she closed the window in my face without even awaiting my response. this is probably the most unprofessional behavior and the rudest service I have ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. The store policy is that two people it's too busy for what order to be taken and 47 rings of a telephone isn't time enough to make two sandwiches before I arrive, then I do not understand how this business has stayed with its doors open as long as it has. Clean establishment and fresh ingredients but really the staff could have been been friendlier !!!! The staff is friendly which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. They are always out of salad bowls and bread. They also will never answer the telephone for call in orders. I seriously have stopped trying and they are not even a consideration for to go food. I have been standing there at the counter before when I was the only person in there with 3 workers who just completely ignore the constant ringing of the phone.
