Terrible customer service and communication between rep and customer. I was disconnected for non payment, with no warning. My last contact was an email with past due and current balance being due sept 23. This led me to believe that I had till then to settle up. When I called to inquire on what I needed to do to reconnect service, I was treated very rudely and hung up on. Then required to pay an additional deposit. Which I understand happens. But I feel taken advantage of for lack of clear communication from the company. My 300 bill turned into 1000 with no warning or consideration. Every time I call the office, Iโm appalled at the treatment. As a person thatโs worked various forms of customer service, this is unacceptable and embarrassing. They do not take the necessary steps to insure that power lines are protected from adverse weather conditions and that trees are cut away from power lines. No accountability. Horrible at giving updates, if your fixing something it shouldn't take almost 24 hours before you alert your paying customers.
