Sheesh! We have a problem
And itās a good problem to have.
I used to able to brew a pot of coffee and make a sandwich while waiting for my computer to boot up. Now, after Eugene got his hands on it, I have to have my food and coffee ready before I hit the power button, because itās ready to go in about three seconds. Eugene also refused to accept more than he originally quoted, even though he ended up spending a bit more time on it than he had expected (assumedly partly because it was so dang slow to begin with).
He was also very generous with his communications and preliminary time - during the initial phone call when I described the problem and we spent several minutes discussing the situation and whether he thought his services and skills were appropriate for my situation. He did not charge for this preliminary phone call.
As of now, I plan to come to him for future computing needs as needed when I get stumped. His fee is very reasonable in my opinion (and depending on the situation, he does remote...

This shop is years of knowledge and I 100% trust him and coming back with any future problems & questions regarding my laptop or computer. The reason heās trusted by me is that he gave me options. He gave me a cheap route and an expensive rout and didnāt push anything. He sent picture along the whole way and didnāt do anything till I gave the okay. He noticed the corner of my laptop was coming apart and that the clip had broken so he went ahead and epoxied them back together. I was simply amazed with the quality of work and the customer service he provided. He asked if I wanted to upgrade the RAM on my older laptop and we went that route and we more than doubled it. It works better than the day I bought it.

He responded quickly, despite it being well after normal business hours, and arranged to drop things off Thursday morning. He not only replaced it for pickup by the next morning, but advised that the keyboard damage may have been caused by battery bulge, which I hadn't thought of, and that the battery should be replaced. He also tightened the screen hinge, which had been a bit floppy, and replaced a broken screw due to me trying too hard to replace the bottom cover with the bulging battery. All in all, very helpful and fast, and went beyond my expectations of merely replacing...
