It's a little disappointing. I've been to this location a couple of times and I just avoid it now. One time, they didn't add Rev to my drink and I had paid extra for it but whatever. I went a couple other times but I wasn't happy with their customer service, I would order my drink but if a regular was there there then I would basically be ignored until they were taken care of. I went to another gourmet to order and found out that I had 4 free drinks on my card that I was not made aware of at this location. I handed my card as usual to get swiped but they would just charge me. A couple days ago, I ordered a drink and asked to use one of my free ones and one of the usual blondes that's there in the morning gave me a disgusted annoyed look, rolled her eyes at me and walked back to her window. The reason for the mid review is because it might be the most expensive coffee stand in Kirkland. Don't get me wrong, the coffee is good, but it's not worth 8 or 9 dollars for literally just an Americano.
