I'd like to comment on an absurd instance of disrespect and prejudice toward my wife on the part of the owner of this establishment. She was his client for many years, and every time she was there, she always treated everyone with respect and politeness. She always praised his work. But when she told him she didn't like the results the last time and asked him to simply check a new shade of color since the last one hadn't been to her liking, she was disrespected and attacked in front of everyone with words, gestures, expressions, prejudice regarding her anxiety attacks, among other things. She is a very polite and friendly person, and at no point she treated anyone in this establishment with disrespect. In addition to all the verbal abuse, my wife and her daughter were asked to leave the salon while still in the middle of the appointment, with products in their hair.
