This is seriously probably my all time favorite food😂 I have been getting Mongolian grill for about 20 years since I was a little girl with my parents, originally going to the Woodinville location then Bothell which closed down about 6 years ago (not sure if they’re affiliated) then mainly going here for years, so since I was like 7-8 years old!!! The food is always spot on, very consistent. The veggies are always fresh, I’ve never found any spoiled veggies before. It’s nice that you can mix it up however you like, GF, vegetarian/vegan etc! Either keep it more veggie or noodle based, there’s so many different add ons, sauces etc. My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE sauce is the ✨Spicy Mongolian✨ It is divine, she is the moment, the one and only, the main character. No but seriously it is so good that is the only sauce I have been getting for 20 years lol. They keep clean the place clean even the bathroom which so many places look ok but have the nastiest bathrooms! The man who is always at the register is very nice & friendly, I forgot his name unfortunately. I haven’t seen the lady in a while but she was always very nice as well, great customer service! I’ve introduced all my close friends to Mongolian grill & they all love it too! I will seriously be so upset if this place happens to close down for some reason, idk what I’d do without my favorite food 😂 Keep up the great work!!🥰❤️ Also this place is MUCH MUUUUCH better than the all you can eat Mongolian Grills, their Mongolian sauce is superior and makes all...

I recently discovered this restaurant and I really like their food. I also like them because they say that their chicken is halal (but read below), but not other meats.

However as a practicing Muslim, I try to make sure there's no cross-contamination in restaurants serving non-halal meats. Yesterday unfortunately I witnessed the cook using the same utensils to fry my food and another customer's food in which non-halal beef was used. I pointed this out to the cashier, who then immediately asked the cook to use different utensils to fry my food and the other customer's food (I did see the cook make a slight frown when this was pointed out to him). In the end I ended up asking for a refund.

While the restaurant's food is very delicious in general and the cashier there is very hospitable and easily accommodated my request to use different utensils and my request for a refund, the whole experience has put doubts in my mind as far as possibility of cross-contamination goes. This is just an FYI to any other Muslims looking to grab...

In the end the food tasty good and you have a lot of flexibility on how to create your plate, but I found their system too complicated, too many steps and rules to be aware of as you plan your meal and it felt intimating to me. You start by getting a small bowl and filling it up with noodles and veggies. You can in fact grab a second bowl if you want more food for you or to share. For the second bowl you’re charged between 3 to 6 $ depending on how much you fill it up. You then take it to the cook and select your protein, now you have the option to double or triple it. You also select your sauce and you get rice too. The you go sit pick up utensils and fortune cookies and wait to be called. They don’t have your name nor you get a number with your order, they are so good at remembering groups I suppose. And then you enjoy your food. There other rules regarding the weight of the food to prevent folks from overdoing it… Anyways, the food was good just overwhelming with the options and rules.
