Checked out Thirst Trap yesterday. This review is based on the fact that they have been open 6 days and are still working out the kinks. We arrived and our server was lovely. I tried to order a gimlet (not on the menu, but most cocktail bars should be stocked w the basic ingredients to make one). We were told that the cocktails were premade which I thought was interesting given the presentation of the bar one would assume they could order off menu cocktails. The cocktails were delicious as was the food. Where I would actually give this a 3 star review had they not just opened, is that on 5 occasions for a 4 top table when it was not busy where food or drinks that we ordered never arrived. My husband ordered a cocktail that he had to ask about on 3 occasions about as it never was rung in. We ordered the goat cheese salad which they had to check if there was availability and we provided a backup salad decision just in case. We never received said salad. I ordered the almond dessert drink which never came. Our server went MIA when we were ready to leave so another server closed us out. I mentioned we never received the salad or almond dessert drink to make sure we were not charged for it. She was very apologetic and offered us a taste of the garnish that went on the dessert drink we ordered that never arrived. Overall we had an okayish experience however, there was definitely a gap on follow through on our orders that would have brought our tab to a higher spend and experience to the next level. I would definitely go back however, they need to work out the kinks before I would go back.

Enjoyed discovering this fun spot! Cocktails were great, next time we'll have to be more adventurous and try the ones with glitter or ghee! Food was delicious, I was a little worried that the portion sizes would be small but we were both stuffed. Loved the gnocchi and trap burger, and was a bit surprised the price was reasonable/normal when the preparation and taste felt elevated. Great music playing, friendly waitress. Liked that they had some loveseat seating. Would definitely return. 👌🏻 Came out to $60-something for two entrees and cocktails.

My friend and I went to Thirst Trap to try it out and loved it so much we keep going back. The vibe is classy and fun with great music. Their cocktails are designed by Adam and made to perfection. They are so pretty that I take a picture every time. I don’t drink a lot of different liquors but for people that do they have a great selection. The back of their bar is full of fun bottles full of high quality liquors you can sip on if you like that. I recommend everyone trying it out and I guarantee you’ll want to go back.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The Greatest EVER Hidden Gem in Kirkland by Amit Upadhyay Priti Deepika Singh Dhiraj.

As a vegetarian and non alcoholic drink lover, Thirst Trap is an absolute standout in Kirkland’s bar and lounge scene. Whether you’re looking for a lively evening out or a laid-back place to relax, this spot delivers on every level. appreciate thoughtful vegetarian options, I was genuinely impressed by the variety and quality of the dishes. The Charred Carrot & Broccoli was perfectly roasted and paired with a bright, creamy tzatziki, an unexpected star. The Mushroom Toast was rich and decadent, layered with melty cheese and fresh herbs. The Hummus with Falafel and Pita made the perfect shareable plate for the table. Even the Citrus Salad was memorable, fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced.

Equally important, Thirst Trap makes everyone feel welcome, including those of us who prefer non-alcoholic drinks. Their team is more than happy to craft delicious mocktails on request, and you can tell they take the same care and creativity with their zero-proof options as with their signature cocktails. The non-alcoholic spritzes and refreshing sodas were outstanding, full of fresh flavor and beautifully presented.

The ambiance is chic without being pretentious, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and knowledgeable.

If you’re vegetarian, sober-curious, or just want a place that caters thoughtfully to all tastes and lifestyles, Thirst Trap should be at the top of your list. This is easily one of the best spots...

Kirkland just got a serious upgrade in the cocktail scene with Thirst Trap, and it’s nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and just the right mix of lively and intimate. But the real magic? The drinks.

The level of craftsmanship that goes into each cocktail is unreal. We were lucky enough to be seated at the bar with the owner, Adam, who enthusiastically walked us through the painstaking prep behind every drink. My wife was fascinated and kept asking questions all night, and Adam was more than happy to share his knowledge. It felt like we were getting a behind-the-scenes look at an art form.

The food? Just as impressive. Each dish was a perfect complement to the drinks, elevating the experience even further.

What makes Thirst Trap stand out is how immersive it feels—like we stepped into a time machine and landed somewhere far away, yet we were only five minutes from home. It’s clear that passion and expertise fuel every detail here, and it’s easily one of the best nights out we’ve had in a long time.

If you appreciate expertly crafted cocktails and a unique, engaging experience, Thirst Trap is a must-visit. Can’t...
