I want there last week with my little girl , the lady who did my girl hair was so mean the time i mention to her why you keep just cut ,cut , cut .she did not understand what i told her to do ! the hair was all over my daughter neck under her shirt , when i ask her to clean it she did that as she is mad and she left all hair in her clothes and neck ! i did say thank you for her when she was done but she ignored me ! and my little girl was crying for candy at the cashier desk and she was not even caring about her i paid and i said thank you she turn her face and talk to the next customer there ! i left and my daughter was crying all the way home for candy ! i was so mad i called her when i got home ask her for her name she said Jessica i told her i am not happy with you , you did not give me my receipt i forget to ask her cause my daughter was crying for candy and she did not give it to me !! her answer just you want layers .... i told her am going to write a review about you and talk to your manager she hang up on me !! .worst ever hair stylist i meet ever let her do your hair she is Asian lady burly understand her what she is...
Read moreI have been going to this same location my whole life - not anymore. I have lived in this neighborhood since birth and this has been really the only place I have had haircuts. It's a 1 min drive from my house and easy to schedule online.
My problem was that yesterday, I brought in my 8 month old son to get his very first haircut where daddy gets his. The barber that signed us in, unfortunately, refused to serve my son as he wasn't wearing any shoes. It was also 80 degrees outside and he was already too hot, but the fact that the 'no shirt no shoes' policy would be enforced on a baby who cant even walk is absurd! The other barber was willing to take us despite the refusal from the first, but that was the most uncomfortable haircut ever. The entire time during the hair cut, we had to hear the first barber complain that the law was being broken over and over again... So uncomfortable and disrespectful of paying, loyal, longer term customers.
I know that one bad incident doesn't resemble the company as a whole, but this was a serious customer service issue that I will have trouble ever forgetting. Time to find another place for me...
