I truly had the best experience at AJ Bridal Company! All of the employees were welcoming and worked very well together. They allowed me to walk through the store to look at all of the gowns versus other stores that only pulled gowns for me. They have a great selection of gowns at very reasonable prices. You can be sure that the staff will find the answer to any questions that you have.

I am so glad my path crossed with Barb, my bridal consultant. I honestly believe she was made to work in the bridal industry. She went above and beyond to help me find my dress. After being indecisive during my first visit, Barb came in on her day off to help me make my decision.

Athena, the owner, was very knowledgeable and helpful during my second visit. She informed me of important details in regard to shipping times and alterations.

I was in between two sizes and followed the owner’s recommendation to order the smaller one. When the dress arrived, it wouldn’t zip. I was told I’d hear from the owner within a week on how to resolve the issue, but it took multiple weeks and emails before I got a response.

At the fitting we eventually scheduled, the dress zipped up perfectly. Three weeks later, I picked it up and took it to alterations, only to find it once again would not zip. When I called, the owner dismissed it as “bloating,” which was not only unhelpful but also contradicted what my seamstress—who has been in business for over 40 years—confirmed. She stated she had never seen bloating cause such a difference in fit.

Every bride needs to make a stop to this store. I made a last minute appointment on a Sunday before they opened, they confirmed my appointment and I walked out with a dress! It’s a small business feel which is so nice when you’re looking for something to wear to such an important event! Sherie was my consultant and she was so nice, patient, listened to what I wanted, and gave suggestions based on her knowledge. Athena was also there during my appointment and was so helpful! I really enjoyed being able to go through the racks myself and “tag” dresses I wanted to try on. None of the other stores I visited allowed this, a consultant picked them for you based on what you told them.
