Chinese restaurant quality and customer services extremally poor. My husband asked to use the bathroom and the lady said NO. Many places only allow employees to use them, which is fine. But the way the lady said No, showed a person who was psychotic, schizophrenic or possessed by the devil himself. She looked at him steadily and after a few seconds of staring at him as if my husband had asked him for something undignified with his pronounced scent and holding his belly (pregnant woman) he said no. Her attitude, her look, her voice, her body language and her entire expression was against her attitude manifesting the lady being mentally ill. No one in full judgment of normality treats someone so badly and with such an ugly attitude that show to her place just to order a meal. From the beginning her attitude was fatal but looking at her advanced stage of pregnancy we thought that suddenly she was not feeling well. But in reality there is a very strong mental health problem. She needs help. This visit was a disaster. It was myself, my husband and our 16 year old daughter. We were seated and handed menus, the server came introduced herself and took our drink order, thankfully we all ordered water. A different person showed up a few minutes later with our drinks, 3 waters in tall glasses. She puts the first one down and all is good, she goes to grab the second and the glass falls over, the tray was not balanced. The the glass lands on the table and shatters in front of my daughter, glass everywhere, water everywhere. The last cup on the tray falls over on the tray and also completely spills on top of my daughter. We all get up and try to dry her off some, which didn't make a difference cause she was soaked. We grab our stuff and by then more staff came to try to help but at this point we wanted to just get the hell out. We actually stopped at Keke's for breakfast. The waffles and pancakes are huge, so be mindful when ordering. The service was nice but make sure you thoroughly read the menu because the drink sizes and prices are different and if you don't specify, they will automatically give you the large drink that is around $5 a glass with no refill.
