Food is amazing but the service is horrible. I’ve never felt the need to write a review but my experience has been so bad with this place. If you’re a POC I would not recommend it to you. In the first visit I made my order in person and the lady in front was being a bit snarky of course I didn’t mind we all have our bad days. The second time I called to pick up and she was instantly frustrated from the moment she answered. She was annoyed the whole time and at one point started screaming that she didn’t understand what I meant. I tried explaining my order to her once more and was met once again with attitude. She then asked me if I even knew where the place was in which I replied with a simple “yes”. She began to quiz me to see if I really knew. I went to pick up the food and instantly greeted with attitude. I asked her if I could get duck sauce since the place where the sauce is out is empty. Boneless spare ribs were decent. Warm, fresh, tasty. Egg roll was fantastic, fresh, and crunchy.

Fried rice was incredibly greasy and tasted burnt. Easily the worst fried rice I have had at any Chinese place. Which is a shame, because fried rice is usually my favorite part of a Chinese food combo.

Customer service was fine, no idea what all the other complaints are about there. Placed my order, paid, walked out within eight minutes. What are you all even arguing with them over? Check yourself.

While waiting for my order an older man came in and asked if the orange had bones in it because last time it did the girl behind the counter said it's chicken if you didn't like it why you come back he told he wanted to give it a second chance he would take 2 orders then she told him you complains about our food I not take your order leave. Wow is all I can say to treat a customer like that. I should have canceled my order then but I got it and it was very greasy and not tasty at all threw it away and ate a peanut butter sandwich instead will Never Go Back. JUST PLAIN NASTY...
