Taco Maker Kissimmee — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Well this use to be my favorite spot before I moved, is been 7 months since I haven't eat here so I visited it 4 times and I really don't know what happened, one of the staff was very ghetto didn't speak properly to the clients with attitude and confused most of the order. The seasoning of the meats aren't the same, another employee sweeping the floor next to people eating( that's not right that can get dust on the food) another thing is that to go to the bathroom you have to ask for the key on the counter but that's not the problem, the main thing is that during the day when I went to buy the bathroom was available the same day around 6pm one of the employee say that the bathroom was broken but they were still open? The entire store was already prepare for closing. Two days after I went for my fav. Combo and guess what during the day 🚻 was opened. Around 7pm the same day, the same employees working the shift denied the use of the bathroom not only me to a couple and to a women with her kid then again store was prepare for closing. let me let me start by saying that the employees were amazing simple people just doing their jobs respectfully and fast very helpful but the reason for my two stars was the food quality . I'm a taco lover. I love tacos and I was curious about this place and I'm not very picky but the food just didn't sit right with me. The rice tasted like it was cooked with faucet water . It did not have a very good taste to it. The tacos were nothing amazing about it. Just the food was so bland. Even the chips were so plain. I do not see Myself ever coming to any location of taco maker. I was told in the past the place is not that great although it looks so good. The food just was not good and I don't think it had anything to do with the employees I just think the type of quality of this food is not good but thank you for the staff members. Honestly I think even American school lunch was better than what I ate here. I came with high hopes because I had seen their video on social media promoting the place, so I gave it a try. Just straight when you walk in that place was equally as sad as a cemetery. The employees in that place were like the tumbleweed you find in a desert. The menu didn't even look that good tbh. We ordered and we're served on the plates you would take to your family function and with plastic forks and on a lunch tray that looked as if it came from q highschool in like 2001 or something. Food was straight up wack no flavor, soggy tortillas, the refried beans tasted like they came from a can, the lettuce and tomato tasted like they had been put away for like forever.
