Poor Customer service, when I went to order a family meal, the employee at the counter told us that she didn't have the family meal available because they ran out of ribs and since that was part of the order, she couldn't sell it to us, even if we wanted to add something else, she just said no, not sure why she kept it like that. Finally, paid for everything and when I was leaving I noticed that they had ribs cooking in back there and when I asked her why she just could tell me before that I can get them in 15min she just prefer to not offer us any option. First time I waited around 45 min I was ok because they had oven problems but when I got home the portion on the rice was for like 2 people I was mad because it was 4 of us. Today ribs was a 25 min wait and I went around 12:45 and it wasn’t busy. Read moreHace 1 año he visitado ocasionalmente este restaurante, pero justo hoy le pedí a mi esposo que compre la comida familiar en Victor Pollo, me lo enviaron por Door Dash del sitio web de Victor Pollo, 2 combos familiares, y no pudimos comer el pollo, supremamente salado, y el arroz soso y con grumos, llamé para poner una queja, y la gerente general, (como ella misma se presentó) fue grosera diciéndome que no era su culpa que todo está muy bien medido y nunca tuvieron alguna queja, amablemente le pedí que me ayudara con eso, pero ella se excusó y se molestó por teléfono, le expliqué que por ley cuando compras algo y no te gusta lo puedes devolver, ella me dijo que no no mencionar esas leyes ridiculas y que era un negocio privado y sus leyes eran diferentes (ella con acento puertorriqueño) es la primera vez que reportas un problema de comida y no lo solucionan. 1 year ago I have occasionally visited this restaurant, but just today I asked my husband to buy the family meal at Victor Pollo, they sent it to me by Door Dash from the Victor Pollo website, 2 family combos, and we could not eat the chicken, supremely salty, and the rice bland and lumpy, i called to make a complaint, and the general manager, (as she introduced herself) was rude telling me that it was not her fault that everything is very well measured and they never had any complaints, kindly I asked her to help me with that, but she excused herself and got upset on the phone, I explained that by law when you buy something and you don't like it you can return it, she told me not to mention those ridiculous laws and that it was a private business and their laws were different (she with a Puerto Rican accent) it's the first time you report a food problem and they don't fix it.
