We visited a couple weeks ago and loved this store. My daughter got an awesome tshirt as a souvenir and was so excited for it. She wore it while down there and I put it in the laundry cold water gental cycle and and the design peeled off. We went back with the shirt still wet and he said I used bleach on the shirt dor dried it. which caused the shirt to peel the designoff . It's a black shirt. If I used bleach you could tell. And if I had dried it, it wouldn't have been wet when I returned it? He said he would exchange it but if it happened again he would not and we were stuck with it. He was very very rude and not very customer friendly at all. Well my daughter just wore it today after never wearing it down there never been washed and it has started peeling just from her wearing it today. Waste of money if you buy their shirts. They follow you around the store and ask you to put things back unless you like it and are going to buy it. My daughter had 5 clothing items to show me so we could pick out one or two of them for her. They made her keep them all behind the registers even tho I have looked at them yet and we had to look thru them in front of them at the registers if we wanted to buy any. A man asked us if we liked the item we were looking at and if we would buy it. We said we don't know yet, he said, well put it back then. A very strange place, we came in around 1030pm left by 11pm. They are open until 1am but as we get close to the register to check out the woman comes and locks the doors. I felt very uncomfortable. My boyfriend paid and I asked for the bathroom key, unlocked it and walked in. I turned around. No paper towels or toilet paper it was disgusting. I always knew this place was around due to its distinguishing wizard out front, but I had never been in.
