DO NOT STAY AT THESE PROPERTIES! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY GOOD REVIEWS. I know it's hard sometimes to ignore the review but if you notice there are only 3. Let's start with the general stuff. They say this place is close to Disney and Universal. This is true in the sense of milage but what they don't mention is the time frame in which you'll travel to these places the traffic is horrible. Bumper to bumper. The 3 days we went took us no less then 1 hour to get to the parks. Same for coming home. This place is off the beaten path too. The property itself. FILTHY! I have pictures and videos. Snot on the walls and floors. Carpet with dirt. Floor with dirt all over. A manager came to see and apologized for how bad it was. Then they ghosted us and said we were the problem. I have video of the manager apologizing. Then the company threatened to leave a bad review about us if we complain. Yes, I have screen shots of the text exchange. There are much better options closer to the parks. Please save yourself the hassle and do not stay at any property ran by them. Update- We absolutely stayed at your property. Is this your typical tactic to lie to cover your shortcomings. The videos and texts exchange must be fake too. The one where we're threatened with a bad review if we complain. I assure you, the filth and snot were real! The effort you put into lying is the same effort you should of put into cleaning the filth. Best of luck to you guys trying to work harder and...
