New owner is great!

Great little place with super friendly staff. Went in and got a Hookah and was surprised by the amount of attention that the owner gave to me and my hookah. Never once did the coals go out or get too low to get a nice pull, and whenever the coals needed turned or changed the owner or girl working would be quick to service the hookah. The owner also only uses Natural Charcoal in the Hookahs that are prepared for his customer - at no extra cost.

Besides the Hookahs, they also sell a few E-Cig items, as well as glass tobacco pipes and water-pipes. There are also affordable drinks, snacks, and while they don't have a full kitchen for food, there are menus on each of the tables that you can place an order for delivery.

For more information on the actual atmosphere and building: The shop is spacious enough to where you won't feel crowded, but not gigantic. There are multiple flat screens mounted to the walls all around the cafe, which generally have music or music videos playing, but at request the owner may change it to something more to your preference. Some of the furniture here is a little worn, but, when speaking with the new owner, he said that he's already placed orders for furniture (and signs) to replace what is in the shop currently.

All in all, if you want a fun, cheap night out with your significant other or group of friends, you can't beat the prices, or the friendly atmosphere that is...

Im almost sure all of these good reviews are because there's a sign on each table "post a google review and get free refills" DO NOT GO HERE. a lot of young people who cant handle alcohol and starting riots. started off real chill and laid back until the younger crowd started coming in. Worst experience ever. We got a hookah and shortly after bought beer. They only serve wine and beer no shots! We were told if we didn't buy something else we would be asked to leave. What more do you want us to buy? Mind you the entire left side was empty. and we still had a hookah and beer. next to us was a group of 9 or more with one hookah and no drinks.... nothing was said to them. Later there were guys coming in and out arguing while the manager was locking the door. no one checks you upon entry. you have no way of knowing who is carrying a weapon. the music was nice. hookah was OKAY. one pool table right dab in the middle of the floor that was being used as a seat most of the night. upon paying our tab we were charged an extra $15 for a tip that she did not deserve. if you like looking over your shoulder in fear and being charged an undeserved tip, this is the...

I drove 1Hr 30min to Noor. I saw the good reviews . Wanted a good night out but it was opposite . Once I arrived the host with blonde and black hair never came to greet us , it was our first time there . Once my family and I ordered multiple hookah and drinks she never came back to check on the hookah coals or to offer more drinks. We had to continually get up and find her in the back dancing on another employee. She would make us wait 15-20min until she came back around. As we requested reggaeton music she continued to tell the DJ to switch it to her songs. Towards 1:30Am we requested new coals because they close at 2AM . She charged us then turned the lights on and said they had to close early . If she knew it was closing early already she should have inferred that to paying customers. She did not deserve a tip that we prepaid. Bad customer service...
