IHOP — Restaurant in Florida

Ah, the IHOP in Kissimmee, Florida! What a cool little place! I was there recently and I'll tell you what this relaxed experience was like.

First, the location is great. It is very close to the Disney parks, which is perfect for a hearty breakfast before facing a day full of adventures. Parking is ample and I had no problem finding a space.

The services are super efficient. As soon as I entered, I was promptly greeted by an incredibly pleasant and friendly attendant. She helped us with the menu and gave us some tips about the dishes.

Speaking of the menu, IHOP has an impressive variety of options. From delicious pancakes to stuffed omelettes, you'll find something you like. And the best of all? Prices are very reasonable, especially for a tourist area like Kissimmee.

The service, as I mentioned, was exceptional. All the staff seem genuinely concerned about making customers feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a family or friends gathering.

The structure of the restaurant is very inviting. Spacious tables, comfortable chairs and a cheerful decor that puts you in a good mood.

All in all, I definitely recommend IHOP in Kissimmee, Florida. The food is delicious, the prices are fair, the service is first class and the atmosphere is welcoming. And a big highlight for the server who served us with a smile on her face throughout the meal.

Haven't been to an IHOP in over 10 years and now I remember why. Their service is unacceptable. We placed an order for pickup. The time given to us said it would be "ready for pickup" at a certain time. Went to the restaurant and followed the instructions to call to let them know we had arrived. We waited and waited and waited on the phone and I exaggerate not, 10 minutes passed before someone answered the phone only to tell me to hold on longer. They finally got back another 5 minutes later saying the order wasn't ready and they are still putting it together. They didn't give a time frame or any apologies and then hung up on me.We're now 50 minutes past the pick up time and still waiting... No one on the staff seems to care and they were put off whenever I said anything about the wait on our call and when my husband went in to check the status after waiting since it's almost an hour past when they said it would be ready they were also rude to him. We finally received it 58 minutes past the pick up time only to have half of our order missing. They demanded we bring all the food we were given back in because they marked off that we were given everything. Once they realized their mistake it took another 8 minutes to fix. What a waste of time. Hopefully in 10 years when I think I may try them again, I'll have the common sense to not even bother. Literally or worst ever restaurant experience we've ever...

This was seriously the worst place Ive been to. We came here to finish off fathers day. Unfortunately it didn't work out as planned. I orded the beef tip meal with the pancakes medium well with shelled eggs, My wife had the chicken fried steak meal, My daughter had the garlic burger well done, my son had the 2x2x2 with shelled eggs and last my other son had the classic burger. Theres a reason for posting the whole order bare with me please. So.... First the beef tips were well done and the sheld scrabled eggs were under cooked and slimy, my wifes eggs the same. Her chicken fried steak came with sauage gravy instead of regular gravy and the sausage was not good. It was extremly sour. My daughters burger was not well done it was med rare and my sons eggs as well were under cooked and slimy. After bringing it to the attn. Of the waitress and the manager my wife saw the cook leaving to another room in and angry manner. The manager did remove the two of the meals off of our order but of course i set here still hungry. Now im picking up a burger from steak n shake and did not get to enjoy my meal with my family for fathers day. On top of that the place was filthy. The glass was dirty, the silver ware had food on them still and tgere was mold in the corners of the windows that we sat at and dust piled up on the lighting over the table. All in all not a...
