Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Kittery

I have been shopping at kate spade for years, and have never been treated so poorly, there was 3 ladies working, the two younger ladies were very kind, but there was an older lady there that was very rude throughout my entire experience at this store. I am very particular about my purses, i look at ever aspect making sure there are no stains, or anything. I had picked one out and and when i was cashing out i noticed this older woman switched out the one i picked out with one from the back, i didn’t think much off it, just thought she was being nice and getting me a “fresh” one. I get out to my car and before driving off i take it out of the bag and look at it. There was either or stain or some sort of residue on the zipper. I tried rubbing it off, did not come off, i went inside i explained that to the two sales associates, the older one who dwitched them initially, stormed off and grabbed the one i originally picked out, didn’t apologize, or anything. I wasn’t upset or anything, i was very kind but straight to the point, even apologizing for being a pain. I wanted a product worth the money i paid, i work in customer service/retail, i understand difficult customers, i dont know if she was having a bad day but extremely unprofessional, and I dont think, i will ever step foot in...

I am rating 3 stars because Most of their jewelry is FAKE meaning not genuine gems. Don't get me wrong some are genuine but most are fake like "glass" or "cubic zirconia" when it's labeled "light sapphire" etc... and they're charging an arm and a leg for it. When you can go to any metaphysical shop and buy stones and the have them made for way cheaper unless of course you're looking into diamonds or rubies etc but even then you'd be surprised how much cheaper you can find them. A shop called just beading around sells authentic gems and crystals and will make the jewelry for you and they also sell the tools if you want to make them yourself too. When you buy from places like Kate Spade you're literally just buying the name brand!! It makes me upset because it would not cost them much more to just have authentic jewelry like c'mon. I made a purchase and when I got home I looked at my receipt and found that I was over charged 20.00, I called right away, I was asked to take pictures of my receipt and all the products I bought, I did that immediately after waiting a week I finally called back , sent photos a second time, was called back right away and was told I would only receive 10.50 back because that was the current promotion, I know I should have paid more attention when I was there, my bad and lesson learned, the rudeness was unnecessary also, I was made to feel like I was putting them out!!! , I will be shopping on line with kate spade from now on very sad when people can’t do...
