Burger King — Restaurant in Kittery

I went to this burger king last night and I was pretty annoyed by the girl on the drive- thru speaker. I was trying to ask a question after she had rung up my order (and i wasn't even done ordering) and she told me it was $4.09.,and then answered it as $4.09. I'm like, but wait i want... $4.09. She didn't even let me add to my order. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY!! My boyfriend and i decided to dine in at this same Burger King just an hour ago. And, I'm very glad we did. The breakfast menu was not quite over yet, and i asked if me and my boyfriend could order from the regular menu. The lady working their said Yes, just give us a couple extra minutes. Then we ordered and ate. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted as good as fast gets, lol! It was the friendliness of the staff, from mainly whom i think was the manager on site. My man and i both ate and we are full, both of us, lol. And, all it came to was $6.25 😀😁👍🍔🍔🍟🍵and french toast sticks 3 for...

I barely have words for my experience here.

20 minutes for a refund After a less than pleasant experience with a cashier who gave me a false name, I decided to go in and speak with the manager to get my order fixed. Instead of just replacing the sandwich that the cashier rang up wrong she made us wait to get a refund from the manager who was busy working their backline. Clearly short staffed but it's no excuse to have an employee of any type so willing to shout at a customer calling them a liar and basically rather would fist fight it out to solve her own aggression issues with a customer. Even the manager had to tell her enough and be quiet. After the manager listened to me she said if she had known all I wanted was a replacement she would have. Damage is done. That's what happens when you let the cashiers run the store and you run the backline. A circus. Got a refund and went to McDonald's where the service...

We ate our meal inside and after I finished I went to the restroom. I witnessed the kid at the counter use the urinal and walk out without washing his hands. When I finished (Including washing my hands) I went to the counter and asked to speak to his manager. A woman stated she was the manager. I explained to her what happened and she totally didn't acknowledge me or the kid about the situation. The kid came up with an excuse that it was too busy. I explained you can't handle people's food without washing. The manager and kid stated he is not touching the food. I clearly watched him touching food. I then directed the kid to go in and wash his hands (He did) because she wasn't. I asked her if she had anything to say and she said she will handle it privately and completely ignored my concerns or decontaminated...
