I've come here serveral times and have had only one good service and that was Ashley. This store is over priced and will say anything true or not just to do business. Recently I got long haul truck driver husband a Moto Z force before he left for Texas area. He didn't like it so I came in Friday and was told I was still able to trade it in. So I drove all the way to Sacramento CA to get the phone from him on Saturday came in today (Sunday) and was told no we can't trade it in!!! I wasted a whole day if driving and money to get this phone and now I'm stuck with it! The treatment here is why I would go to Medford for anything to do with Verizon. So with today I will go back to only dealing with TCC in Medford and never give this store another chance!
UPDATE: I received a call the following Monday from Ashley and was informed they wanted to try to make this right. After going through somethings on the phone with her she informed me that they could help me out. I showed up and was able to get everything taken care of. A huge thank you to Ashley, Dan and Adrian for working so hard to make this right! I appreciate your hard work. My first rating was 1 star, but because of this recent experience I've changed it to 3 stars. This āVerizonā store is a third party of the large corporation and the moment you leave the store customer service related issues become tragedies and stressful filled with countless conversations and repetitive conversations. The trade in agreements are a barbed fence trap to be stuck into misleading terms and conditions obligation. Filled with reoccurring fees for device payments, issues related to billing and overages. My experience being mislead and having an easily arguable awful experience over the 6 years doesnāt have to be yours. Id recommend another company and if you do use them write everything out including all details and take photos as well as record the conversations because working through third parties makes verbal or the prepared digital agreements very uncertain and tend to change to the benefit of the...

I told her I wanted my RAZR maxx and that I would drive to Bend or Portland for the Razr Maxx in which they had a couple left at those two stores I later found out. No warranty dept will send you a razr maxx don't worry about it so I paid my deductible 165 sent the old phone back and waited for the mail. It arrived and inside was a Samsung 3 very dissatisfied they called the warranty place and nothing they could do as I was sent a comparable model. So I left Verizon and headed to us cellular dropped the contract 270.00 and will receive a 300.00 gift card for switching plus a buy one get free smartphone 5.99 ins per phone instead of 10.99 ins but all in all I still miss my RAZR maxx. By the way if you still want Verizon or are stuck with them ask for Samantha Jones she won't let you get screwed and ask lots of questions what ifs...
