I called in a couple days ago to inquire about some last minute embroidery work for the holidays. I asked the employee on the phone if they did any same-day embroidery. The employee said that they did not. As a hypothetical, I asked if I was to bring in something on the 23rd, what the turnaround time would be. The employee laughed at me hysterically before asking another employee what day they were up to. He finally said the 29th. I had 2 issues- one was the incorrect logo was placed on 30 products that ended up costing me $1400 - the second was they left ring stains on my polo shirts and did not fix the problem - their solution when I pointed it out the problems was not apologizing or fixing it... they just stopped doing business with me mid orders and thought I was talking down to them by pointing out costly mistakes.
