I will never eat here again. When it first reopened I was impressed, but it gets worse each time I go. A few months ago I saw one employee run her hands through the dreadlocks of another employee right at the front line. The manager saw it and was even chatting with them as it happened. I left that time. Last week I went and saw that same guy with his dreadlocks hanging from under his hat (the hat is too small) and over his face as he prepared order after order. His hair was literally dangling over the food. Nobody, not even customers, said a word. Again, management was there. I told the manager I didn't want the guy fixing my food because I didn't want his hair hanging over it. The manager who was working the register fixed my food.
Tonight I went back and the same guy was in there. Hair still hanging all over his face with the tiny Bojangles hat riding the top. He was emptying trash.
While watching to make sure he didn't handle my food, I saw another lady in the back. She stood there in a daze picking at something on her face (the same way people do when they have a pimple or something). She had a glove on one hand and the other hand didn't, which is the one she was using to pick her face. Someone brought her a tray of fresh biscuits. Immediately she started cutting them open. The knife in her gloved hand while touching the biscuits with the ungloved hand she just used to pick her face. That was the last straw for me. I'M...
Read moreAlways giving me the wrong chicken. When I told them they got my order wrong, even though I repeated my order at the window before handing over my money. ( I shoulda asked the cashier to open up the box before I handed over my money.) But anyway, employees looking at me like I did something wrong, the manager guy ( short Caucasian guy) gave me excuses and never admitted to the wrong. He coulda simply just said mam I apologies for that. Especially since I had to come inside, expecting them to give me the correct pieces I ordered. But no, He said I was wrong. I explained to him politely that I have been ordering 4 piece dark for years and I've always known it to be two thighs and two drumsticks. And I asked lady at drive thru before she handed me the food. And that they gave me a breast, wing, thigh and drumsticks instead. He then said that is what I ordered. I told him no I didn't. In his own words He basically told me to keep what I got and it was correct. I just took it and walked away cause I didn't want drama. But I tried again the next month after, and they still have me wrong four pieces. I didn't even go and try to correct. I just made the decision to never go back there again. Especially since a former employee had told me that's what they do when they run out of chicken, they give you what they want...
Read moreAnnoying that if you don't check your food every time something will be wrong or missing. Tonight I ordered and was told cheddar bo biscuits would be 3 to 4 mins. I said that was fine, two people were still in front of me so surely they would be ready bu the time I got up there or shortly after. I pull up, pay, and they ask me to pull forward only giving me my drinks. I waited about 3 mins in line behind the others and then sat for another 5 before my food finally came out. Since I waited and they packed everything together surely they got it right. I scanned it over to make sure it looked like I had all the items were there. I drive off and get home, I live in Clayton so it's no short ride to and from. Get home to unpack and eat and now we find out no sauce was packed with the food. The receipt clearly has 2 Honey Mustard on it and yet we have none... my wife is picky and she does not eat the chicken without the sauce to dip it in. Maybe this sounds minor but it's not. You not only had it on the ticket but you had my order for extra time as I pulled up and waited... so now I have a 4 piece tender sitting untouched in the box and a pregnant wife who is not eating dinner that was supposed to be ready for us to make our night just a little easier. Thanks Bojangles in...
