I placed an order for a tire. I was told it would be in the next Tuesday. In Thursday I stopped by yo check on it and they could not find my ticket for the paid order. After finding it they still tried charging me again for the tire and when I showed them the paid receipt they told me that installation was not included even though I was told it was when I placed the order. I was okay with paying for the install however the owners wife got crappy with me and accused my of wanting it for free. I told her I was fine paying for the install and she threw my tire out the front door and told me to leave. After speaking with the owner he agreed to put the tire on if I paid for the install. The awesome staff here is second to none! They waited after hours for my brother and I to purchase and pick up some bikes.
