Burger King — Restaurant in Knox

I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get to the speaker. I assumed they were busy and had fresh food being made for the lunch rush. However, I get to the window and we get our order only to find out the food is far from being hot, the medium onion rings weren’t even filled, rather they had as much that you would probably get in a value size and the onion rings were old. This location has its times when the food is good, but that comes down to the employees and their training. After about 15 minutes in the drive thru we got old, cold food and wasted $20 on a lunch that was far from worth it. They could have at least put napkins in the bag but they must be cutting costs somewhere between...

I went with 4 ⭐ for the simple fact that BK ŵill ask you if you'd like any sauces with your order....and they will give you 1, 2, 3 or more of any dang sauce you want & here's the kicker....for FREE....no charge for sauce(s). The "other guy's" who charge 0.79 cents for a sauce should come on down & take some lessons....lol...seriously though, I have made BK my preferred fast food over McDonald's due to many reasons but the sauce ordeal was the last straw. Continuously going downhill. I left a review last time but I'm assuming someone's been paying to remove bad reviews but nothing stopping me from going for the throat. You REFUSE to let anyone know when you're out of ANYTHING. If I order something don't just give me the "next best thing". Tell us you're out of whatever component you're out of. Furthermore you should also block it out on your board, similar to Wendy's (which would be an amazing replacement for this rapidly-declining establishment!!).
