I brought my daughter here to get her first ear piercing for her 7th birthday. Faith was amazing, start to finish. She was very kind and professional, explained every single step of the entire process from choosing jewelry to purchasing to the piercing itself to aftercare. There were no questions or uncertainty for the entire process.

My daughter was very nervous about the actual piercing. She sat in the chair and Faith explained to my daughter every thing she was doing, step by step, in a way that my daughter could understand. Faith really put her at ease. As she was about to start the procedure, my daughter started to cry. Then Kayla stepped in and gave my daughter encouragement, assuring her that everything would be ok, and that Jesus was with her to help her. They offered to pray with my baby.

These ladies went above and beyond anything I would ever expect from a piercing kiosk. The piercing went off without a hitch. My daughter still had tears rolling, but thanks to Faith and Kayla, my baby girl was able to muster the courage to go through with it and now she has the prettiest little earrings!

I’m so glad I called this location after walking away from Claire’s—it turned out to be the best decision. The associate I spoke with on June 20th was warm and reassuring over the phone, which immediately put me at ease. When we arrived at the kiosk, she continued to be incredibly helpful, professional, and kind.

She was especially understanding when I requested that my infant daughter be pierced first, and she explained the process clearly and with great care. Her calm and compassionate approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable.

After seeing how gently my daughter was treated, I felt confident going ahead with my own piercing—and I’m happy to say it was a very pleasant and nearly painless experience. I truly can’t thank her enough for making both of us feel so well cared for.

The ladies that were working this afternoon were super nice, helpful & their appearances were welcoming. We went to clairs previously & it was less than ideal. The ladies today were trained, explained everything & were super quick. They talked so sweetly & showed our little girl everything that was going to happen. The one lady was quick & didn’t hesitate which made it better for our girl. I’ve always had my ears done there & never had a problem! My favorite ear piercing place to go hands down. The only thing I’d recommend is explaining more about how the payment works & if the child can’t do it, how it works if we want to come back. They didn’t explain that till after I paid. Wouldn’t have changed my mind but maybe others would want all of it explained before they pay. Great experience & will definitly continue taking my girls there!...
