We had an incident recently that really caused us to reevaluate any future business with any Chick-fil-a locations in the area. And, it all stemmed from us asking for a soda with light ice. We ordered our food, including a soda with light ice, and we received our food with a soda that was loaded with ice. When I told the young man at the window our concerns and asked for a new soda he proceeded to yell at us for being completely wrong with our assessment and refused to make any changes to the soda as to how we like it! We contacted management the next day and their reaction did not surprise them. They also expressed indifference to my concerns and had no other solutions to our situation at the restaurant. When I asked for something we could put our food on, was told I could have a salad container, when they then asked the manager for the container, the manager told her she’d have to charge us for the empty container. Then a second manager got my kids some table covers but was very sarcastic and rude. I don’t understand getting rid of the trays unless you just don’t want people eating at your restaurant. That doesn’t even make sense. You’re making people eat off the bags that you just grabbed with your hands to put food in. Read moreI have ordered from this location for over 4-5 years and over the ready their service, personalities, manners, and wait time have completely gone down hill. I have ordered the entire week giving them 2nd chances and every time my meal was 10+ min late. I get a 30 min lunch break everyday. Over half my wait is my break with less than half the time to eat. When I ask them how long the wait is I receive attitude. A customer who waited LESS time then I got a free sandwich card. Yet I was greeted with an attitude and nothing.
