Go to a different bakery. I really wished my favorite LA Flor Bakery could have done what I needed done, unfortunately they couldn’t and this place was the only Hispanic bakery that had availability. There are several things wrong with the entirety of this store. No one that is on the premises speaks English, so if you need something and you don’t speak the language good luck. Unless the young lady at the register calls the owner. If you get anything delivered it will not be there on time. What we ordered was over an hour late and it cost us $500.00 extra because of our venue requirements. They would not compensate us for their delivery person being late (still had to pay $150 for the deposit on an unsanitary cake stand) They do not clean the cake stands that they rent. It had mildew, black stuff, and lord only knows what else on the stand. Unsanitary and gross. They charge a $150 deposit to rent one (you can purchase one from Amazon for $49.00). When they really need to pay someone to wash them. They do not care about your event, they only care about the money. According to guest the cake was dry and un-flavorful. We were told we had to purchase our own sugar flowers for the cake. When we dropped of all of the sugar flowers we informed them that all of them were to be used. They didn’t even use 1/2 of the flowers we had bought. Then wanted to get an attitude when we asked for the flowers to be returned to us. The most unprofessional bakery in Knoxville.

Stopped in after noticing this bakery next door to Party City. I was surprised I hadn't heard of it and decided to stop in when I got the chance. This morning, I finally had an opportunity to stop in. The place (as others have mentioned) Angela amazing. Very unassuming with several large open shelves fill of goodies and a couple refrigerated display cases. I ended up snagging a couple shortbread ish cookies, a breakfast pastry, and a slice of cake to split with the wife. The party was some sort of cinnamon and sugar coated bread (very tasty) and the cookies were delicious (my two sons loved them). The slice of cake was a layered cake of chocolate and plain cake with chocolate icing and strawberry puree between the layers. It was fantastic, and just what I'll get the next time I need a cake for a group as it has something for everyone going on.
