A little more dimmer than the sparkle in life I'm use to. The Kroger was harder to find items in then any other store I've shopped at before. It's like coolers were down or something before I felt like I was bargin binning it at a save-a-lot instead of a Krogers. I was completely disappointed since this is now my new local grocery store. Guess I'll be driving completely across town to Kroger or Food City to continue receiving the shine I'm accustomed to. The Mexican restaurant seemed pleasant but management wanted to argue the fact that their rice had soured. My parents own a Mexican restaurant so I definitely know the difference between rice just made and sour rice that's gone bad. I wasn't looking for a free meal but I was definitely looking for my moneys worth. I did you favor by choosing your establishment to spend my hard earned dollar at so it's not fair and is poor customers service for management to try to make me feel like they did me a favor by serving me. We ALL make mistakes so an apology and fresh rice was all that was needed but to tell a customer that the rice you refuse to taste yourself after you smelled it's sourness spoke volume to me. Yet expected their customers to eat what management quickly pulled their face away from.. Management should know the food items they're serving to avoid serving...
