Would genuinely never recommend this dentist to ANYONE. My girlfriend went here one time before, and had a horrible experience. There were like 10 different people working in her mouth at one time to the point where she didn’t even know who her doctor was. No one talked to her before working on her, and multiple nurses made comments that made it feel like they had never even read her chart. The room was messy: like there was a random cardboard box full of white powder in the exam room??? No one kept track of how much nitrous they had given her (she was on nitrous for over 2 hours and no one even noticed), then they never gave her oxygen before sending her to drive home. On top of all that anxiety inducing experience, two random nurses who finished her procedure DESTROYED her gums. They were so cut up and bruised for like a week after. AND THIS WAS JUST THE FIRST VISIT. I went with her to the second visit because she was genuinely scared to go alone, and I immediately knew that this place was a joke. The nurse was extremely rude to me for no reason, I hadn’t even spoken to her when she SCOLDED ME for moving my chair (mind you I was just trying to move closer to comfort my scared girlfriend). She (and the doctor) proceeded to gaslight and lie to my girlfriend the whole time, saying that she didn’t need any nitrous for her extremely sensitive tooth (which was broken). She DID in fact need that nitrous (that she never ended up getting because the nurse couldn’t be bothered to get it for her) because I had to watch her literally writhe around for 20 minutes in pain. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF: the same nurse turned on the most sexual R&B I’ve ever heard, on very loud volume. At one point, the music was just a woman MOANING TO SOME BACKGROUND JAZZ like it was so disturbing and so uncomfortable. I have genuinely never written a review for anything because I’m just not one to care that much, but this was just the weirdest and worst experience. This is also not even all the weird details, but it would literally take too long to recount everything that was wrong with...
Read moreThis review is for my cleaning on 7/24/2025 with Andi (the lady from California).
Background - due to some things that transpired in my life, I was broke and couldn’t go to the dentist for 8 years. When my situation changed, I went to see Dr. Chad Lasperowski in NoVA and I explained to them why I hadn’t been, and they treated me great. In fact, their practice does the Washington Redskins/Commanders. Anyway, first rate service.
This is my 3rd time coming to Elite Smiles. The first time was ok, but the 2nd time I was in and out in like 20 minutes and I assumed that my teeth didn’t have a great deal of buildup. But today, Andi showed me the pictures of my teeth and it’s clear that the lady who did my cleaning on my 2nd visit, who didn’t take pictures and I saw today, rushed me out of there without being thorough.
So today, when we started, Andi was doing the things that Dr. Kasperowski did. Put numbing stuff on my gums, explained everything and asked questions…..first rate service.
At the end of the cleaning I made my next appointment with Andi and asked for her cell so if she left, I’d follow her. She told me she couldn’t do that as it is illegal so I shared my experience with Lisa both at the counter and via phone call.
Bottom line…..KEEP ANDI!! She is THE BEST!!! I don’t want to drive 6 hours back to DC as I did for 2 years but I will.

Read moreI went here for my 1 year old son to be seen for a chipped tooth that I was worried had abscessed. Thankfully, everything was fine; however, I paid $153 to drive an hour and a half to be there before noon (which I was told over the phone was a requirement) to then wait 2 hours to be seen for a grand total of 3 minutes. I understand this establishment does not take my dental insurance; however, yesterday I went to Hardin Valley Children’s Dentistry where they also do not take my insurance and the appointment lasted the same amount of time and was free of charge due to how quick the exam took. So I am extremely frustrated. It would have been $208 if the tooth needed to be extracted which included the exam, x rays and the extraction. So how did only $55 get taken off when 1- he is too young for x rays and 2- it would have been at least 20-30 minutes if the extraction had been performed. This place is basically robbing people. I also am including a photo that is publicly in the open for all of their patients to stand outside and look in to see. They grossed $340,000+ in August and over $280,000 last month alone. Of course they’re grossing that much if they’re charging self pay patients $153 for a 3 minute exam. Imagine what else they’re charging. Do not...
