Volshop University Commons — Local services in Knoxville

I have ordered from the Volshop in the past and had no issues. This time, however, has been the WORST customer experience I have ever had. I was told my order was shipped after giving the customer service rep my order #. After 2 days of trying to reach someone and being repeatedly hung up by the staff, it turns out, I was lied to. After ordering 5 days ago it turned out my order had not even left the store. I had to be lied to by 2 different people yesterday to find this out today. I was to leave to go to the game in Gainesville on Thursday, but after being told it had shipped I waited until Friday with the hope it would come in by the time I would leave. Well, I unnecessarily delayed my trip for an entire day based upon the lie on Thursday morning that my order had been shipped. After getting the store manager (Crystal or Krystal unsure of the spelling) on the phone, I asked her to please track my order. She said "please let me put you on mute".....She then hung up on me. After calling back, someone answered the phone and said "they are picking your order right now." They said they weren't sure why someone would have told me yesterday my order had been shipped. I've been screwed because of someone's lie. Thanks Volshop for wasting my time....great...

I love this vol shop. It is one of the smaller ones but it is well organized and always clean. The staff that work here are also very helpful. They have a wide variety of sports appeal represented in the store. It is also not as crowded as some of the other vol shops I recommend this location.
