Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Knoxville

I placed an order at the window and was told to give him 10 minutes. There was no parking to wait, so he told me to loop around and it would be ready. I did get back in line. Three cars were ahead of me. Finally, the last car in front of me pulled up to the window. She placed her order and just sat there. It took 45 minutes for her to get her 2 pizzas. At this time, I have been in line for over an hour, and 5 cars have left the line. I finally get to the window, and no one comes. I started blowing my horn. Blew it 4 times, finally a lady opened the window and rudely asked what I wanted. I told her I placed an order and was told to pull back around. She asked the guy who waited on me, and he handed me my 3 boxes. As he put them thru the window, he dropped them. I'm disabled so I had to put my car in a different position to open my door to pick them up, 2 of the boxes were ok. The 3rd box were puffs. They all fell on the ground. No one offered an apology or came to help. I ask for another order. They didn't want to give it to me but finally did. I even gave this guy the change from my order for his tip. It was like $2 something. I think they need better customer service training. And more help. They seemed to only want to wait on the inside customers. It would be nice to compensate me for all my trouble. You can send a $20 assistance to my email, and I will reorder my same order of 1 order of pepperoni puffs and 2 orders of cheesy bread. The total was $17 something. I was given no receipt. This was a very frustrating service and especially with no apology or disability assistance. Honest to god, this review is not only on the store but door dash as well. I had placed my order for delivery, saw that my 1st door dasher had my order and was at the location, it was quick at first, the time that was posted when I order was past, called the door dasher, said he was still waiting.... FOR THEM TO MAKE MY FOOD... over 30mins have past, door dasher then text me that he was rejecting my order so he could get other deliveries because he has waiting long enough, fair, go make your money, by the way, I am on the phone with Customer Service waiting on hold. Then my second dasher gets my order, not a word, finally someone from Customer service answers, tell her what is going on, puts in a ticket and apparently they just got my food out and dasher should be on the way.. WRONG... not even 10-15mins later my order gets cancelled by the dasher, and I have to call back Customer Service.... to get a refund... 7-10 business days to get back money. She even said that the store was very busy and may have been a mix up with my order and that's why they cancelled. mmmhmmm... I was nice to the CSR because its not her fault, but I will NEVER go to this place ever again. Called ahead and ordered two pizzas and a crazy bread, they said our order would ready in ten minutes so we took our time getting there since they are so close by. We got there in about the ten minutes they admitted that they had not even started our order and it would take another 10-15 minutes and that they would give us a free cheese bread and a two liter for the wait. We waited and waited and watched several people come and go with new orders that they ordered at the counter. At one time the first guy took the cheese bread he said that he would give us and the crazy bread we ordered and put them in the lower holding warmer. I watched employees come and go, some in uniform, some not. At one time I looked back and saw a whole vat of sauce all over the floor in the back. Anyway someone finally handed me our 2 pizzas and the crazy bread but no cheese bread. I should have just walked out with it but I was honest and told him I had not paid yet and paid him and asked about the cheese bread and 2 liter and he just shrugged. I told him that the other guy had put them in the lower warmer so he opened it and nothing was there. I guess they gave them to someone else and they didn't seem to care if we were satisfied.
