FIG & Company — Local services in Knoxville

While browsing for an open lantern, I came across it at FIG & Co. Naturally, it was out of stock, but that's because the pricing was significantly cheaper and the quality was a lot nicer than what I had been seeing. I waited a few days and--VOILA!--the lanterns were back in stock. I went to purchase, but then had some questions about whether it would suit my very specific purposes, so I sent an email to the very generic "information" email address on the website. As it was very late at night, I didn't think I'd hear back until at least the next day, if not later. To my surprise, I got a response within 10 minutes! My question was answered directly and thoroughly, and I placed my order. The next day, another item caught me eye. I really didn't want to pay shipping twice and, had I just ordered everything at once, I wouldn't have paid shipping at all. I emailed the store again about my "dilemma" and, once again, received a quick response. The woman, who I later learned was one of the owners, said she would combine the orders and refund my shipping fee. Talk about customer service! Flavia definitely went the extra mile for me. The items were all shipped out quickly via UPS. When I received the items, not only were they beautiful and exactly as described, but they exceeded my expectations with regard to their quality. My only regret was not buying more of them. FIG & Co is a sweet little mom and pop shop who values their customers. They have high quality home decor such as lamps, garlands (around Christmas time), florals that feel incredibly real and so many options for gifts! I recently bought a couple things and I am impressed with how high quality the jewelry is. I got a little picture frame ornament. When checking out, Margarita offered to wrap the gift and put a bow on it. I didn't even think to ask but the fact she offered was so helpful. Sister and I found this fantastic place while visiting Knoxville TN. They have unique one of a kind pieces (i.e. Hungarian proofing boards) along with a large variety of decor that will fit any home style. Stuffed the car full! The owner and folks are extremely helpful and passionate about meeting your home decor needs. They make you feel like one of the family!!! Will definitely make the 2 hour trip again to see the new items being brought in and make this our go to place for home...
