I had been shopping for months for something to pair with my great grandmothers ring and couldn’t not find a piece that complimented its design. After seeing the reviews, which were superior to local places in Sevierville, I decided to take a little trip to this business to have them look at some old gold jewelry and a few coins collecting dust for years in my jewelry box. I was so pleased with the level of professionalism, and warm inviting personalities of the staff. They were very informative on the pieces and offered a very fair price with absolutely no pressure. I just recently started shopping at Estate House. I just love this store. I went in looking for some vintage gold charms to start a charm necklace and I think I have bought five there so far. While I was there, I inquired about having my Rolex serviced and Sam is doing a great job and making sure that my watch is serviced to perfection. I trust him completely. Holly is also just as awesome. She has called me to let me know that they have received new charms, and of course I have to go and see what they have and of course buy some.
