I purchased a Groupon which was an EXCEPTIONAL deal for the services I received! I followed the instructions according to Groupon and was booked in a very timely manner.

The therapist, (Stacy) was polite and very professional. The room was clean, (VERY important to me!) and designed to be focused on the relaxation of the client.

The massage was out of this world! Undoubtably, the absolute best I’ve had, ever!

I’ve experienced so many massages that seemed more torturous than relaxing, because the therapist would focus only on routine and usually didn't take in to accountability that all bodies aren’t the same.

What made this massage different was her beginning approach…this proved she was mindful, and considerate of my individual needs… She immediately located the unhealthy tension areas and cared enough to focus there, until very gently manipulate it to the point of me actually feeling the tension leave!

I couldn’t have been more impressed, and knew at that moment that I had finally located one of Knoxville’s (and surrounding counties) finest massage therapists!

To further prove her passion for my well being, she also educated me on stretches, encouraging my water intake and healthy eating and exercise, as a reminder in glorifying God for the gift of life! I desperately needed this reminder, as I often seem ‘too busy’ with life, and tend to fail at focusing on myself and my health.

The other part, (equally as important to me) which that stood out to encouraged my high rating, was her passion through each movement. This created a flow of relaxation, without feeling rush, and definitely made this massage stand out from all the rest! I can’t recall a massage ever feeling this amazing!

She suggested a few weeks between each massage but I just couldn’t wait that long, so I rebooked over a week early;) I’m most definitely a return customer for life with this kind lady!

I love meeting people who are compassionate and dedicated to their work as she is…and she was such a joy to talk to! She offered an encouraging and very sweet conversation on the way out. This made me feel even more uplifted, inspired and grateful for the blessings in life… What an inspiration! On the way home, I thanked God for crossing our paths in life and for throwing in the best massage...

Stacey is the most unprofessional person I've ever come in contact with. I made an appointment with her almost 2 weeks ago. I waited in Knoxville for 2 hours after work for this appointment instead of going home (I live over an hour away and had to come to Knoxville for work on this particular day, which I do not usually have to do), and then she said she had another appointment at that time. She tried to say that she did not confirm my appointment, but I have emails from her. She gave me a date and time for my appointment, I agreed to said date and time, and I assumed it was scheduled (I still have the emails). However, if she doesn't bother to email you back then you're just out of luck when you show up. No where in any of her information does it state that she had to send you a confirmation the day prior in order for you to have an appointment. Her scheduling process is unclear and she does not try to clarify it. All she had to say for herself was, "I'm not perfect. Groupon will give you your money back." Extremely rude and very unprofessional, and apparently I am not the only person who feels this way. Please read her reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. I agree that she is very unprofessional. It took everything in me to not walk out when I arrived. As a first time customer I had many questions. When I arrived no one was there. I waited 20 mins but that’s my fault for arriving 15 mins before my appt. When I called her 5 mins past my appt she told me that she was at the light. Wich I was fine with. When I asked her about how long the massage took and what it all entailed she rudely told me that if I was in a hurry I could just reschedule and that she was blessed to have many clients that could take my spot. I said that I didn’t want to reschedule that I was just curious that was all. I will not put all the details because honestly it makes me upset that I didn’t just walk out when I should’ve. She seemed very defensive and I just decided to give her a chance and make the experience positive since I was already there and had taken time off from work. I had to take some deep breaths and not let it get to me. But I just hope that she humbles down and realize that even though she has a lot of clients and she’s a busy woman she shoud always be humble and treat everyone with respect and respect the fact that she is not the only busy woman out there.
