The 1st time I visited, the employees were busy with orders, so I didn't take it personally that there was not much interaction. I got what I ordered and went on my way. The next order I did was by phone. I came in to pick it up and the price total was different from the quoted price by phone. I asked why it was so much more and the employee huffed and rolled her eyes. I just looked at her because I couldn't understand why someone would be so rude to a paying customer asking a simple question. The other employee, bless her, came over and discovered that the total was wrong and corrected it. I paid what I was quoted and left with the floral arrangements. They were lovely, but the 1st employee's attitude wasn't. I understand being busy, but I don't really see a reason to be so rude. I really wanted this to be my go to florist. I usually try not to review businesses when I am not a local as one cannot truly determine the authenticity through a passing visit. However, in this occassion I feel like my situation is worth noting. Now to start, I am from Michigan and I live in Michigan still, however I have a friend in knoxville that I love and she deserves to not be alone but traveling is more than I can afford and I was left with hoping that SOMEONE could arrange and deliver something to her on Valentines day and being a typical man I called on the day. They normally were not doing deliveries on valentines day but not only did the person on the phone go above and beyond to help me and we ended up getting a nice gift for her and delivered. So from a tourist's view excellent staff and excellent product....

There was about 5 employees talking chatting standing around when I walked in and no one cared to help. Was told to “come back later” Will not return.

Response to Owners response: I called prior to driving out of my way to come to your shop this morning. If you guys were busy and didn't have the time, the woman I spoke to on the phone should have expressed that because I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas. However, I was told to "Come on in, we can do that for you" and that wasn't the case at all. I didn't want a massive arrangement. I am respectful that you guys had a deadline, but I was told on the phone I could do a carry out; pick out a few flowers and put them in a vase. Which I was happy...
