The diamond fell out of my wife’s ring so I took it here to be reset. They told me they’d call the next morning with a quote and fix it the same day. After not hearing for 2 days I tried calling, but no answer. I stopped by multiple times in person but no one was there. One day had a sign saying the AC was out. Another day had a sign saying closed for inventory, but to contact their other store with questions. Most days there was no notice posted. I would call both stores each day and leave multiple messages, but never got through or a call back. Until after more than a week I started to think the store was a fake and I’d never see the ring again and I reached out by email, they responded and I was told someone would call me tomorrow with a quote. They actually did call the next day. Gave me a quote that did match what I was told when I dropped it off and was told would be finished the next day. It again took another few days, without picking up the phone again, before it was ready. A same day service turned into 2 weeks with nearly zero communication. It was still done, so that alone doesn’t deserve a 1 star. 3 months later the same diamond fell out again, this time in a public space.By a miracle someone found it and turned it in and we got it back. This time I’ll be taking it somewhere who knows how to reset a diamond to let more than a few months and not someone who advertises same day service and...

This is the worst experience of my life. I have had more complications from this place then I have ever at any jewelers place. The woman at the front with the dog was unprofessional from the beginning. When she gave us at the rings she just gave us the rings in this plastic bag and threw them down. Not to mention the back and forward, when I expressed concerned it took 3 weeks to get back to me and even then she seemed aloof and unconcerned. As a store who pride themselves of being professional they were far from it. On top of that when I asked for their cleaning service she just threw the do it your self kit and just sent me on my way. I have been to many jewelry places and they’ve never treated me like this. At the end of the day we finally got what we needed but I would expect some bumps in the road!! This is the best jewelry store in Knoxville. Their work is such high quality, the customer service is impeccable, and they are by far the fastest in town. My ring sizing only took 4 hours!! And it was VERY affordable. The sizing was absolutely flawless and it was polished to perfection. I called several large chain jewelers before calling Professional Jewelers. The chain companies told me it would be 1-2 weeks minimum. Please support this jewelry store instead of a large chain! In the current economy, every single dollar counts- please put your money and support into this local business and the Knoxville economy. I am so SO glad that I came to this store. Also- They told me to call back if there were any issues at all and let me know that they would fix it if any issues arose. I will literally never go anywhere...
