We ordered almost 23 dollars worth of food and were served cold hard burgers twice. The top three were warm enough but the rest were unsatisfactory. We were told on our first trip and the return trip the grill was down for fifteen minutes yet our food came out within five minutes both times. After being sick for a week and unable to hold anything down we returned for a refund tonight, one week later. The general manager had to obtain permission from her manager to refund the cost. Our refund was short $4 when finally presented but we accepted it. The gm gave it us and went back in before we could count it. The employees were all very nice even though they were unable to accommodate our request until it was finally approved at nearly 1130 pm. We were so sick the entire week and the listed phone number was never answered. They said the phone didnât work. Weâve both eaten from this brand since childhood, over fifty years. The quality of the food and what we suspect is the falsehood about the grill has severed our trust with the brand and we will never eat anything from any location. The fact that our refund was mostly returned in total and the employees attitudes are the only positive aspect of this experience. I now understand why so many locations have gone out of business. This is disgraceful, especially with the price of the food. Spend your money at the grocery store and save your...
Read moreMe, my wife and son stopped to get breakfast. After we ordered and sat down, I noticed the worker who took our order was placing the tots in bags with her bare hands. Then half of the workers went outside and one gentleman wiped his head with his hand. Then came and talked with customer and proceeded to walk back and start handle the food without gloves. At this time a gentleman brought his breakfast back saying a hair was in it. The Manager gave the refund and he started to walk out. The man behind the counter came out and made a comment about the man just wanting free food. Which made this gentleman to come back and get angry with this worker. The manager asked him to leave, which he did. The man behind counter was saying the customer started it all, ummm no he didn't. Krystal on millertown pike. Make your employees wash hands and wear gloves while handling food. Oh and stop accusing the customers of wrong doing. Because no hands were washed, hair pulled back and basically no cleanliness. No wonder Krystal has...
Read moreIâve managed two retail shops for 15yrs, so customer service is something that I know about and practice daily. Pulled to the drive through at 10:45 am. Lady says theyâre on breakfast only, so I asked when they started lunch. She replies that lunch starts at 11am which I completely understand. So I pull around and wait in the parking lot. At 10:59 I pull back up to the window where she informs me that they donât start lunch until 11, so I told her Iâd just wait the 1 minute. She informed me that they âjust turned on the grillsâ and it would take about 30 minutes to make a sack of Krystals. I just left. If you know youâre serving lunch at 11, why wouldnât you turn the grills on at 10:30? Even more so, how in the hell did you cook your breakfast? She didnât want to make the food is what it comes down to. If an employee of mine turned down a sale, especially during an operating hour, they wouldnât have a job. No wonder Krystal locations keep shutting down. These people want $15...
