Starbucks — Restaurant in Knoxville

The workers here gave horrible service. From the get go the girl at the counter was blatantly unhelpful. I told her i wasnt quite sure what the name of the drink was that I wanted but I knew it was green (i had tried my friends before and it was very good). She suggested matcha being the only green thing she knew of and then said, "so just matcha?" And me thinking ig thats the correct drink I'm thinking of said "yeah that works. And no ice." She then was appalled at what i said and remarked, "NO ICE?" and i said, "ok ig just do light ice." She rolled her eyes and then put in the order. The other girl, lazily and slowly throwing together drinks and making quite a mess then took about 5 minutes to make 1 drink for the man in front of us, then messed up my drink and both the girls started complaining about not getting sleep and being worked too much, which I honestly dont buy. Then they gave me a cup of what appeared to be liquidy green cream, hatefully slid the drink across the counter and said nothing. I was shocked when it looked nothing like what I thought it was supposed to and soon learned that they gave me straight up matcha, not a matcha tea. It was like aloe vera flavored milk. They also were horribly rude to the customers behind us remarking when they finished their drinks, "here. Here's your... whatever. Coffee thing? I should really sleep more and be off work more." I'm all for understanding people have rough days but this seemed to be run of the mill for them and it was terrible terrible service. The worst id...

I have been coming here for years a few times a week and it's always positive service until last week .I was served by a young girl named Melody who REFUSED to speak, ask for my order,or offer a receipt. I ask twice if she was OK because she was red in the face with an awful look. Not approachable at all! She refused to answer me by shaking her head and refusing eye contact. Hours later I was informed she didn't like me because she has a friend who doesn't like me. Never be a follower,as I do not her outside of Starbucks! This behavior and customer service was the worst interaction I have ever had here. I expect an apology before I call corporate and report her. Ellie was nice at the beginning when I ordered my drink, but when she decided to substitute a Chai latte for a Matcha latte and then proceeded to get upset with not only me but her coworkers and have a constant attitude with them she wasn't being nice at all. I informed her my drink was supposed to be a Chai latte with her response being we don't have Chai so we substitute it for matcha which is who different types of everything and made no sense to me. The gentleman that was there kept apologizing for a situation that wasn't his which I do appreciate when he offered me a hot chocolate because apparently they didn't stock Chai either, I am upset with this happening because this store was one of my favorites to get my starbucks...
