Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Knoxville

The young girl wouldn't even look at me and I finally said hey Im here to pick up for ( my name) and she didn't even say a word then finally she asked if it was a big order lol like I'm not sure what you consider a big order but it's for three people if that is supposed to be a big order IDK 😶 them she brought it out and just sat it on the table and I had to ask what was mine because she obviously wasn't trained to be good at dealing with customers........ Ok new update the next time I went to this God awful place the order was completely backwards so the young girl asked me if I would like them to remake it which I didn't, there was already seven people in there waiting and they were angry because they had been there so long. So the girl said she could give me store credit and asked for my phone number. Needless to say once again I actually call the store directly and ask about my $20 store credit and it was the same girl so she said yes she could do that so I placed the order just to find out once my girlfriend drove all the way from work from Maryville and sat and waited in the parking lot she came in and asked about the order and they literally had no clue what she was talking about. The girl who took the order said let me see what happened ( well what obviously happened is you didn't take down the order which is basically your only job, I mean really????) Everytime we have ordered from this so called pizza Hut something has always been wrong with our order or the order was just simply never even put into the system 😕. My girlfriend said she wanted our money back and a corporate number and the girl smarted off and said we don't have a corporate number lol 🤣 like are you serious. There isn't one restaurant chain in the world that doesn't have a corporate number so this girl has no clue what she's doing as far as placing orders or even the fact that she got mad because she screwed up by not doing her job and instead of fixing the matter she only made things worse by not simply giving the corporate number like she was asked. I highly recommend if you want pizza Hut I would never recommend coming to this clown show. This place needs better employees better management or...

Purchased the Pizza Hut bundle last night. Was supposed to be Honey BBQ wings ( got hot buffalo instead) no dips were delivered either ( driver said he was not given them for call the store).

One pizza was eatable but he other was too spicy it made our eyes water and burned out mouths. I started trying to call the store immediately and kept getting rerouted to call center and after using all three of my phones and calling at least 10 times I was told store was closed (it was 9:15 pm). Lady said they closed at 11. I let her know it was not 11 ok.yet (so again even though I call s number for the store I was rerouted to the call center instead of store supervisor.

Paid $41. For our meal and was unable to enjoy it becradter sitting on the phone for over an hour anything edible was closed and nasty anyway. And we had seen an advertisement and was really looking forward to having a decent pizza meal. And this is the first time we had tried Pizza Hut at that location and now we see the reviews and we understand that it wasn't just an isolated incident.

And of course I might give us a phone number to call this morning to Pizza Hut and the number that you call isn't even a number where you can get a hold of someone so again it's just the runaround and then of course we paid cash so there's no getting a refund so I would like to get this issue resolved I am a double amputee that's what I was trying to tell them last night that I depend on delivery service I depend on it being correct because it's not like I can just hop in a car and go down and...

I just spent 10min on wait without talking to a human about the fact that I just waited in the store for breadsticks with extra seasoning.... the lady rang me up and she understood I wanted extra seasoning.... when a different lady brought them out for me I asked, "Did you get the extra seasoning?". She thought I asked for extra sauce and I corrected the request.... "No, ma'am I asked if you got the extra seasoning." She turned and said "oh, yes It's on there." And against my better judgment I smiled without looking and said have a great night....... they are hard as rocks and barely any seasoning at all. And I put a dollar in the tip jar for the trouble..... this sucks because I work 3rds and now have nothing to eat until morning. Thanks for the wonderful experience I suppose.... it was all a show but it felt...
