Came 15 minutes before closing, waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the order taker to tell me that I can only order one drink per person in the car. It was only me, and I needed to order for my husband and friend. She told me it was free drink day (my first time a swig, I had no idea) I asked her if I could pay for my other two drinks. I didnāt even care it was free drink day because I came to PAY. She said āmultiple people have asked today and Iām really not sure, I donāt want to ask anyone either because Iām afraid of getting in trouble!ā HUH.. I asked two other people and got THE SAME RESPONSE both SCARED TO ASK UPPER MANAGEMENT. Thatās really concerning.
They ran to the girl at the window, nervous, and she said in the most rude way āNo absolutely not, weāre closed anyway (6:55pm) and I already closed the register.ā Yelling at them and looking at me like Iām stupid.
So They are refusing to make money? I donāt really understand how this business is being ran. I literally am telling you that I will pay. Horrible customer service and the drink was mid at best.
My first time at this location and will be my last. Go here if you want to pity the workers for being scared of upper management and if you want to be refused to...

This is fine but you uave to explain it to your customers the right way. This is how you lose faith in your customers. By telling them you do something you don't so they buy a drink and waste their money.
I do not plan on returning anytime soon until they can figure out how to either train people to know how the process of their restaurant works or they just teach people to stop living to gain customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was so excited to see a Swig location closer to my house. I got to try this location for the first time today, and (no surprise) it has the same great service and delicious drinks and cookies as all the others. (Plus, today they were selling a super cool travel mug with a straw charm. If you bring the mug back on later visits, you get a discount on your drink!) Swig employees are mostly young people in their teens and early 20s, and they always try hard and hustle. I'm always impressed at how fast they get through long lines...
