I have been a US Cellular customer for over 26 years. The Kingston Pike store has been my favorite to work with since it opened…I think that was a few years ago. Casey, who I met years ago and Jimmy in the last year, are awesome. They both get 10+ stars for customer service. Jimmy Mullins…I have worked with the most in the last year, he has helped me 4 times as well as two others in my extended family. His technical skills are incredible and I appreciate his support and that he is very kind to me…a non-geek! Who understands nothing about technology! And prefers a landline any day..lol. Most recently he helped me upgrade my phone and my account. He listened carefully to what my needs are for a phone. He is professional, respectful, honest and never pushy. If you have a problem he works patiently until it is resolved. If he tells you something, you can rely on it. These guys are top notch and bring all their best attributes the the cellphone market. Read moreI bought a Motorola Electrify in December. The battery was apparently defective but I didn't realize until the first week of June. I went to the store and they put an app on my phone to save the use of the battery but told me if that didn't work to come back in and they would give me a "NEW" phone. Well, I went back the very next day. That would be June 7, here it is June 19 and I still don't have a new Motorola. The company sent me a Samsung Axiom they said it was comparable to my Motorola, NOT! The store said they are looking for me a Motorola. They said they found one and it's being shipped to the store. It should have been there on June 17. NOT! We have been calling every day to get Customer Service and guess what, no one will answer the phone, it just rings and rings. We feel we have been taken advantage of and the representative Tiffany Ramey at the Kingston Pike location in Knoxville, Tn has not shown us the competence in her duties as a customer service Representative. The representative would always tell us that the accountability for our issues falls on her manager and when i got ahold of the manager, he claimed to not have any knowledge of our situation. Tiffany is the one who narrated our contract preview with all "Promotional Discounts" with us, not the manager . The promises upfront are misleading.
