Weigel's — Local services in Knoxville

Very disappointed this morning to my high expectation trip to Weigles. Arrived early ready prepped looking for fresh hot brew , double shot - Americano (two shots minimum) very bold. But no - this location had only drip coffee and most of it was out. So sad.

This Weigles location needs to step up their game. I was just at the location in Newport, about 5 days ago and they have everything that a man needs - very Moderna the staff were on their toes. Hot coffee, donuts, fresh gasoline. Even the bathroom was luxuriant - almost like an oasis in-the desert. Can’t exaggerate how disappointed I am today.

After reading the reviews. I think my review will fall on deaf ears. I’ve stopped here a few times and generally get the same service but it was always later at night so I chalked the bad service up to the staff just being tired. But today I go in the afternoon and service is still bad. The employees were more concerned with having a personal conversation than helping a customer. I asked a question to the blond cashier and she looked at me dumbfounded. So I just took my stuff and left. Between this store and another on Lovell rd. They seem to be hiring ppl with the worst customer service skills. Just horrible...

Was in this past Sunday, there was 2 ladies i would like to make mention of. The first one was the cashier i think her name tag said Britney. She was a friendly face and postive attitude for it to be first thing in morning. Also she seems like she was still training because she asked the manager about about a product and the manager was right there to help. I didnt catch her name but she had a ponytail and brown hair. They seemed to enjoy doing their job and it definitely showed. Keep up the amazing...
